Growing up in a family with a strong Asian background, Thomas was introduced to the world of teas at a very early age, and it didn't take long for Thomas to develop a strong interest in the art of quality tea production.

After Thomas graduated from Northumbria University, he founded Y-tea of the Lake District, with a mission to share his passion for tea with the world and to get everyone drinking great tea.
