Use our postcode checker to confirm we cover your required delivery address then browse our store in the usual way. Once you have completed your shop, reserve your delivery day (choose UK MAINLAND DELIVERY SERVICE in the delivery scheme options) and place your order. If your preferred delivery day isn’t available it is because all our slots have already been booked by other customers (so please choose another day!)

Delivery lead-times:

  • Order by midnight on Monday for delivery Friday
  • Order by midnight on Tuesday for delivery Saturday
  • Order by midnight on Thursday for delivery Tuesday
  • Order by midnight on Friday for delivery Wednesday
  • Order by midnight on Sunday for delivery Thursday

Prohibited items:

There are some items in our shop we can’t deliver via national courier. These are:

  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Ice Cream
  • Fish including shellfish
  • Canned Beer

Please do not select these items if you are using our national delivery service as your order will not be accepted at checkout and you will need to remove them from your basket in order to proceed.

Packaging & Delivery Charges:

Our charges for the vast majority of UK mainland addresses are £12.95 for delivery Tuesday to Friday and £29.95 for a Saturday delivery, for orders weighing up to 20kg. There is an additional charge of 0.50p per additional kg thereafter. Orders for Highlands and Islands are subject to a different tariff, please contact us for further details. Delivery instructions:

As the goods in your order are likely to be perishable it would be handy if you were able to arrange for someone to receive your delivery in person. However our boxes contain insulation so if this isn’t possible don’t worry, just include clear instructions on your order (in the Comments section) if you can of a clean, dry, safe place where goods can be left should no-one answer the door. We will pass these instructions on to our courier. If you are unable to give these instructions our courier will leave the delivery in the most suitable place they can find. Please note however your delivery will not be returned to the courier depot and we cant take any responsibility for damage, contamination or deterioration of goods once they have been left unattended.
