Romney's of Kendal
Romney's is a fourth generation family business, established over 100 years ago. Its Kendal Mint Cake was immortalised in history when Sir Edmund Hillary and Sherpar Tenzing carried the cake on the first successful summit of Mount Everest on the 29th May 1953. Today, as well as the original Kendal Mint Cake, Romney's make a range of high quality confectionery from their Kendal base.
