A South Lakeland free range egg wrapped in a generous portion of genuine traditional cumberland sausage meat (known locally as Waberthwaite sausage) then rolled twice in oats before cooking. Perfect as a substantial snack (or to share!) cold with some slaw, or even better warmed for 10 minutes in the oven and served with baked beans!
