'Spice Trail' Middle Eastern Tea Bread

A deliciously moist Tea Bread - inspired by the Cumbrian Spice Trail and adapted from a Middle Eastern traditional recipe!

The fruit is soaked in a sweet tea for 24 hours then mixed with nuts, dried rose petals, and spices creating a rich, moist tea bread.

Serve on its own, buttered or with a large slice of cheese!
