1 Black Dub Blue (150g) - This is a medium soft cheese which is creamy and rich, it derives a subtle contrast of flavour from the tangy veining
1 Eden Ivory Ewe's Milk Cheese - A hard ewes milk cheese; mild, creamy, with a sweet aroma and a nutty undercurrent. This cheese is a fabulous pasteurised alternative to Manchego which can be enjoyed in its simplicity with crusty bread.
1 Smoked Chieftain - A delicately smoked version of the ever popular Eden Chieftain, smoked with apple and oak woods allowing it to mature in the package to give it a mild and rather moreish flavour.
1 Cumbrian Farmhouse Butter - Salted (200g) Delicious Cumbrian butter made from free range cream direct from Winter Tarn Farm near Appleby. A favourite among the Michelin-starred restaurants of Lakeland and available as salted or unsalted. Quite simply delicious!
1 Duc de Morny Picpoul de Pinet White Wine (750ml) - Hand selected by our Cumbrian Sommelier - A refreshing white from Cave Ormarine in Pinet, overlooking the Bassin de Thau. This is a fine, elegant and incredibly fruity Picpoul with a very long finish. Nicknamed ‘la bomba’
1 Traditional Seeded Oatcakes (pack) - 10 Small traditional handmade seeded oatcakes, perfect for cheese!
1 Mrs Prickett's farm-made Tomato Chutney (280ml) - chutney (from local ingredients wherever possible) in batches of as little as 11 jars at a time!
