DESCRIPTION
A Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka with the caffeine removed by the CO2 method of decaffeination. Tea is soaked in water and liquid carbon dioxide is added. The caffeine is almost all removed when the tea is drained. This is not only chemical free but preserves the natural flavours of the tea.
